First
The process begins with a conversation with me. We'll discuss what you're looking for in a bike, your ideas about what you want, and any special needs you might have. I'll send you a fit form and short questionnaire to fill out. I'll also ask you for a deposit to hold your place in line.
Second
When your turn in the build que comes, I'll start designing your bike. Plans will be drawn up and sent to you. We'll talk again and hammer out all the details. When every one is happy with the design I'll start building your new bike.
Third
When the bike is finished, I'll take pictures and box it up for shipping. Or, you can come pick it up, Homer is a great place to be. Final payment is due at this point.
